Welcome to Fusion Festa, a student-led innovation and technology festival designed to bring together creative minds, innovators, and learners. These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in and access to our event, website, services, and related content (“Services”). By registering for or attending Fusion Festa, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating.

Fusion Festa is open to undergraduates, postgraduates, polytechnic students, innovators, and creative minds.

3.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information. Misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of your participation.

4. Event Participation and Registration

4.1 Event Listings

Event details (schedules, speakers, workshops) may change. The organizing team will update participants in case of changes.

4.2 Ticket Purchases

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4.3 Proof of Registration

Participants must bring valid ID and their registration confirmation to gain entry.

4.4 Right to Refuse Access

Fusion Festa organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove participants engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

Maintain respect and professionalism.

Respect campus property and fellow participants.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All event content, branding, logos, designs, and materials belong to Fusion Festa. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Participants may share their own projects, ideas, or content at the event, but are responsible for ensuring they do not infringe on others’ rights.

7. Privacy and Data Use

By registering, you consent to Fusion Festa collecting and using your information for event-related purposes (registration, communication, certificates, updates). Your data will not be sold to third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

Fusion Festa may collaborate with partners or sponsors. We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or policies.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

Fusion Festa is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that schedules, facilities, or sessions will run without interruption. Unforeseen changes may occur, and the organizing team is not liable for technical issues or event modifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fusion Festa and its organizing committee shall not be held responsible for:

Loss of personal belongings,
Personal injury during the event,
Cancellation of sessions beyond our control.
Total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.

11. Indemnification

By participating, you agree to hold Fusion Festa organizers, volunteers, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions during the event.
