Participants present research papers or innovative ideas in domains recent trends, emerging technologies, and interdisciplinary research areas.
Topics : participants may choose any area
Participants: Team ( maximum 2 members)
Judging Criteria: Innovation, technical depth, clarity, and presentation skills.
Research scholars are also welcome to present their projects, papers, and innovative ideas.

Project Expo
A showcase of student-developed projects, models, and working prototypes.
Participants: Team (maximum 3 members)
Judging Criteria: Originality, feasibility, societal impact, and functionality.
Venue : Auditorium
Research scholars are also welcome to present their projects, papers, and innovative ideas.
Note : student's should bring their project prototype and project description in A3 paper / chart

Quiz
Preliminary written round followed by a final round.
Topics: General technology, current affairs in tech, innovations, IT history, emerging trends.
Venue : Bio-Medical Seminar Hall
Participants: Team( maximum 2 members)

Debugging Contest
Participants identify and fix errors in given code snippets across languages (C, Java, Python).
Participants: Team( maximum 2 members)

Judging Criteria: Accuracy, speed, efficiency.

Short Film
Participants create and showcase original short films that convey meaningful stories or messages.
Participants: Individual / Team( maximum 3 members)
Theme : College Life
Duration : 3 to 5 minutes
Venue : CSD Lab
Judging Criteria: Creativity, storytelling, technical execution, and emotional impact.

Poster Design
Design posters on given themes related to social issues, technology, or environment.
Participants: Individual Duration: 30 minutes
Equipment Allowed: Any tools (Online poster design)
Theme : On-spot
Venue : IT Dept Lab
Judging Criteria: Visual appeal, creativity, clarity of message, and design skills.

Photography
Capture and submit photographs based on specified themes or spontaneous creativity.
Participants: Individual
Duration: 1 hour
Equipment Allowed: Mobile cameras or DSLR
Theme : Topic will be given 1 hour before the contest
Venue : Open Space
Judging Criteria: Composition, originality, technical quality, and thematic relevance.
Rules:
- Photos must be taken only within the college premises during the contest period.
- Photoshop and editing works are strictly not allowed.

Who Am I ?
A fun and interactive guessing game where participants describe famous personalities, objects, or concepts without directly naming them, while others try to guess.
Participants: 2 members per team
Venue : Bio-Tech classroom
Judging Criteria: Creativity in clues, clarity and quick guessing.

Collage Making
Create a collage using various materials to depict a theme or concept.
Participants: Individual
Theme : Impact Of AI
Venue : CSE classroom
Judging Criteria - Creativity, thematic representation, aesthetics, and effort.
Overall Championship Trophy – Awarded to the college with the highest points across all events.
Individual Certificates – For winners, runners-up, and participants.
Special Prizes – For “Best Innovation”, “Best Performer”.

Eligible: UG, PG & Polytechnic students.
Research scholars can participate in Paper Presentation & Project Expo.
Valid institutional ID card is mandatory. Register within deadlines; late entries not accepted.
Prototypes for Project Expo must be accompanied by a project description (A3/chart).
Photography entries: No Photoshop or editing allowed.
Misconduct, plagiarism or unfair means = instant disqualification.
Participants should arrange their own transport.
